Homemade Delicious Chocolate Protein Bar
Protein is essentially the main star in muscle building, but instead of having problems looking for the right protein source, why not try making this one of a kind protein bar. Very easy, affordable, and the ingredients are not hard to find. All the easy ingredients simply are: a protein powder of your choice, a flour that can be eaten raw (preferably quinoa flour), milk, peanut butter, and chocolates (preferably dark chocolates).
First is to mix the protein powder, flour, milk, and peanut butter in a platter. Make sure that you will balance the amount of ingredients you will mix up so you can form a dough. Form several bars as much as you can and set aside. Next is to heat the chocolates you have and wait until it melts.
Dunk the bars you formed one by one until it is coated by chocolates. Place the coated bars in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until desired, then serve or bring with you in the gym for an after-workout snack.
